Michael Cooper BSc (Hons) FRICS FPTS who heads the neighbourly matters team has over 30 years of experience in the administration of Party wall matters and is Chairman and co-author for the new RICS guide on party walls. He is past chair of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and author of numerous articles in the RICS Journal. Michael is always available to give initial over the phone advice on tricky party wall matters.
