Our specialist areas are in the administration of the Party Wall etc Act 1996, neighbourly matters, licence negotiation for crane and scaffold oversail, boundary and right to light matters, building surveys and schedules of condition.
Michael Cooper BSc (Hons) FRICS FPTS who heads the neighbourly matters team has over 30 years of experience in the administration of Party wall matters and is Chairman and co-author for the new RICS guide on party walls. He is past chair of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and author of numerous articles in the RICS Journal. Michael is always available to give initial over the phone advice on tricky party wall matters.
